Church and Community Assistance Program (CCAP) founded in 1999. Our mission is to aid individuals and families in achieving self sufficiency.
Services We Offer
Counseling
We offer On-site Certified Christian Mental Counseling through the services provided by Broken Wings regardless of their health insurance status. Any person regardless of race, religion or sexual preference qualifies for this service.
Legal Services
We offer Pro Bono Legal Counseling through a Memorandum of Agreement with Attorney Sonimar Lozada and also legal counseling through the Law Firm of Michael T. Gibson.
Veteran Services
We offer on site help to veterans that may need assistance by working with VA Liaisons to help with getting help with Healthcare for ill and injured Service members by facilitating their transition from the DoD to VA health care facilities.VA Liaisons can help you with transition to both inpatient and outpatient programs.

State of Emergency Shelter
We Coordinate with sponsors within our community to cover the cost for Temporary Emergency Shelters (Motels) as needed for those displaced. On severely cold nights CCAP leases Motel Rooms to house those people sleeping outdoors, in parks and in tents in the nearby woods.
Volunteer Positions
We provide current transient persons with the opportunity to Volunteer, working at our facilities receiving diverse assistance with the hopes of achieving a change in mindset that produces transformation and self-sufficiency.
Expedited Public Service Help
We refer those individuals that qualify for Rental Assistance, Utility Assistance and Security Deposits to expedite the process for housing possibilities.
Access Coordinators that submit applications for Government Assistance, Food Stamps, Unemployment, and requests for Medical Insurance coverage.
